Trade Orders are considered upon "Payment Received".
Processing time
Once we receive your payment, your order will be escalated to "Processing". We will process your order and any products you have ordered that our in our UK warehouse will be dispatched to you within 3 working days. An appropriate shipping note will also be raised to reflect products delivered to you. The remaining products will be processed at our workshop. The usual turnaround time is between 2 to 4 weeks, plus a week for shipment and customs. We would rather exaggerate the estimates as shipments and customs delays are outside of our control. We will, however, keep you up to date on the progress. Please note: during peak periods, order fulfilment might take as much as 5-6 weeks. Call our office for delivery estimates if you are in a hurry.
Product Availability
While we make every effort to keep our online stock up to date, during peak periods, we might not always have a correct number of items listed on our page. It only demonstrates the vast variety of products we offer as we constantly expand our ranges. Shipments will have a Packing slip listing all items delivered. Our system knows exactly what we sent and what still remains to be sent.
Wrapping & Packaging
Trade buyers receive goods in the original trade wrapping. Each packaging has a Product name and a barcode sticker. This will help you add products to your existing POS.
How well do we protect jewellery for transit
Small amounts of stock are sent in a small cardboard box inside a bubble wrap envelope. Larger items may be shipped in a grey cardboard box. All our products are safely wrapped to prevent damage or mishandling in transit.
International Delivery
We are working to enable international shipping for overseas trade buyers. If you are interested in becoming our overseas trade buyer, please call our office. We will consider your request.
Import duty and Taxes
Clients from outside the UK are responsible for paying relevant duties and taxes. Customs declaration and export invoice will be included on the packaging to meet the customs requirements of the destination country.
